bug situation
i waited at the check-in desk. Sometimes, i had to linger near the front door hoping someone would appear. one night, i saw a yellow bug scurry under the sofa it made me uneasy. i told the front desk the next morning, they seemed surprised and unaware of the bug situation.

the front desk staff were friendly. marjorie, the breakfast attendant, was very nice and ensured all tables were okay and that coffee was available.

the staff introduced themselves and asked if i needed anything , showing concern. one staff member displayed excellent customer service. they worked endlessly to keep the breakfast area stocked and cute.

the hotel is very close to a main thoroughfare. access to destinations around the area is convenient. it is about a ten dollar ride to many attractions.

the gym offered adequate equipment for workouts. the pool provided a refreshing experience and was well-kept. the breakfast area was renovated into an open concept.
